The US coffeehouse has two sites in Hull city centre in addition to the Paragon site.
Hull City Council will consider the application at a later date.

A Starbucks spokesperson told the Local Democracy Reporting Service a “small number” of outlets at railways stations were already licensed to sell alcohol and offered “single-serve” takeaway items, including beer and wine.
“We know that some train journeys are best enjoyed with something other than a coffee,” they said.
