The EFCC has successfully obtained the final forfeiture of a property in the FCT, encompassing an area of 150,500 square meters. This estate features 753 duplex units and various other apartments.
On Monday, Judge Jude Onwuegbuzie of the FCT High Court issued a ruling in favor of the EFCC.
In a recent announcement, Dele Oyewale, the spokesperson for the anti-corruption agency, remarked that the estate, spanning 150,500 square meters and consisting of 753 duplexes and various apartments, represents the largest asset the EFCC has successfully recovered since its establishment in 2003.
